1971 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe - LS1 Engine
This 1971 Chevrolet Corvette Coupe is a full frame-off restoration that is in absolutely pristine condition, inside and out, and has been driven less than 100 miles since being completed. It was originally white in color and equipped with a 7.4L 454 Big Block V8 engine. Every body panel on this car is original and was completely stripped down, smoothed to a perfect finish, and painted individually Axalta "Victory Red". The original Big Block engine was replaced with a modern 5.7L LS1 V8 engine and 4L60E automatic transmission. The frame on this Corvette is also original. It was completely stripped down, smoothed to a show quality finish, and painted. The original power 4-wheel disc brake system was completely rebuilt and calipers were also painted "Victory Red". The suspension and interior are both completely new. Both the front and rear bumpers, and side rocker panels, are all original to this car and have been painted in "Victory Red" as well.
